Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts;
Support the supervisor in project funding applications, follow-ups, and reporting, ensuring compliance with funding institutions' requirements;
Manage payments to freelancers, including invoice verification and payment processing;
Assist in developing and reviewing accounting policies, manuals, and internal control systems;
Prepare financial analysis reports for management and support system development and maintenance;
Liaise with banks, auditors, funding bodies, and government departments on investments, finance, and compliance issues;
Provide administrative support to relevant committees, including preparation of meeting documents and minutes;
Handle ad-hoc tasks and other related duties.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with professional accounting qualifications (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) or other related qualifications;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with NGO background and project-based experience preferred;
Strong resource management skills, including staff training and development;
Mature, strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Familiarity with financial management in non-profit organisations is advantageous;
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to independently handle complex accounting issues.

職責:
Support the development and implementation of promotional strategies for the organisation.
Liaise with schools and collaborate on partnerships to assist in implementing student activities at campsites and activity centres.
Plan and execute territory-wide large-scale events across Hong Kong, whilst effectively managing tasks in high-pressure environments.
Undertake overseas business travel as required, including to mainland China and other international destinations.
Provide administrative support for handling quotations, invoices, and daily campsite operations.
申請資格:
A recognised degree in social science, psychology, social work, education, or a related discipline is preferred.
Must possess experience in planning territory-wide large-scale events across Hong Kong.
Appointment at assistant manager or officer level will be considered based on academic qualifications and work experience.
Experience working with children, young people, and parents in community settings is preferred.
Solid skills in programme cycle management, including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are preferred.
Availability to work on weekends or weekday evenings as required by operational needs.
