Badges for the Senior Section
高級組獎章訓練，乃針對少年人在成長中，邁向成熟，在這人生階段裡，更確立人生的價值和方向，建立穩固的靈性。
整個訓練是以「生命成長階梯」模式為主線，三個級別獎章以推動個人成長為主導。從一步一步加深、加難的訓練；對自我成長的了解；個人品格的表現；團隊的溝通、激勵扶持等多元範疇，讓隊員認識、觀望、建立、確定自己的人生階梯，進一步在其人生長遠的未來，有清楚的承擔、委身，並確定個人生命的藍圖。
