目標章及專章
中級組各專章課程最少有十二節訓練，每節最少三十分鐘。每個專章每年只可增考一級，所有專章的一級章及大部份二、三級章均由分隊自行考核，而其中七個的二級專章 (田徑章、軍號章、露營章、步操章、軍鼓章、遠足章及風笛章) 及八個三級專章 (田徑章、軍號章、露營章、步操章、軍鼓章、遠足章、風笛章及游泳章) ，須參與總部考核。

分隊可於每年9月30日前填妥隊員於上一年度完成的「中級組隊員專章紀錄表」並電郵至總部 ([email protected])
總部會於同年12月31日前完成處理有關表格，並將已批核之表格電郵給分隊作存檔。
